Part 1: Specification for Constituent Materials and Mixtures 
Defines the raw materials and their proportions, including:
Resin Binder: Typically petroleum resin (minimum 18%) or aliphatic hydrocarbon resin plasticized with mineral oil to hold the mixture together.
Pigments: Titanium dioxide (typically 12%) for whiteness or yellowness.
